Klara Chalupnikova
Event Planning Director and Freelancer: Audio Technician | Lighting Technician | Stage Manager
Klara is the leader in charge of all company operations from working with a team on productions to accounting. She has a degree in Audio Engineering from SAE University College in Dubai, UAE, while working alongside this at Lush Cosmetics as a Sales Associate (April to October 2023), MNK Studios as a Studio Intern (October to December 2023) and PRG Event Services as an Audio Intern (January to February 2025). This allowed her to gain some basic work experience that she could build upon once she graduated.
After she finished her studies she went on to do Freelance work for a few clients and recently in June she went onto working part time at Dubai Audio as an Audio Consultant in the Hi-Fi shop in the Dubai Hills Mall branch. She is currently Freelancing as an Audio Technician, Lighting Technician and Stage Manager.
With many years of experience in event production, I specialize in audio, lighting, and coordinating events of all sizes. Thanks to my technical precision and creative approach, I ensure the smooth running of every event — from small concerts to large festivals. As a stage manager, I bridge backstage preparations with the seamless flow of the performance to make sure everything runs flawlessly.
